On 28 June 2012, VAB Trust was instituted with the following objects: 

(1). To receive funds from home and abroad to generate income from investment.
(2). To disburse a maximum of 70% of the income annually to VAB in Bangladesh for its operations.
(3). To undertake such activities in charity and philanthropy as may be assigned by VAB in USA from time to time.

The Trust may at any time receive any voluntary donation from any individual person, institution or organization in Bangladesh or abroad by way of donation, gift, legacy, endowment or otherwise. Any donation may be accepted with or without special conditions as may be mutually agreed upon between the donor and the Trust, provided that such conditions are not inconsistent with the charitable purposes of VAB.
